After we receive your inquiry, we’ll connect on your complimentary Discovery Call. This is where we’ll dive deep into the vacation you’re dreaming of, your travel “why,” and preferences and needs—with the goal of designing something singularly tailored to you.
Step Two
Curate Your Journey
If it feels like a good fit after our consult, we’ll officially onboard you as a Hartwell client—and then the planning begins! We’ll work with our trusted travel partners to design your custom trip proposal, then share it with you over Zoom (or over coffee if you’re local to Charlotte, NC).
Step Three
Refine & Reserve
We’ll incorporate any feedback you have before we finalize your itinerary, and then we’ll handle all of your deposits and bookings. Rest easy while we arrange your accommodations, transfers, tours, and more.
Step Four
Travel Well
You’ll receive your itinerary and travel documents digitally for easy access on the go—and then you’re off! You can travel confidently knowing you have contacts in your destination for support if needed, and we’re on standby for assistance as well.
